Central Business District Advisory Committee
The Village Council created the Central Business District Advisory Committee (CBDAC) in 2016 to work with the Village Council, business owners, and residents to evaluate and initiate enhancements to the CBD.

Citizens Safety Advisory Committee
Makes recommendations to the Council on issues concerning pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular safety on all roads and thoroughfares located in the Village including the use of parks and open space whether owned by the Village or other governmental entity.

Shade Tree Commission
The Ridgewood Shade Tree Commission’s (STC) purpose is to protect, preserve and enhance the shade trees in the village. Shade Trees are defined as Trees planted next to streets on the Village’s property.

Stigma-Free Committee
We are dedicated to raising awareness of the disease of mental illness and create a culture wherein residents who have the disease feel supported by their community and neighbors and feel free to seek treatment for the disease without fear of stigma.

Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall follow the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.) and Chapter 190 of the Ridgewood Village Code.
