In an effort to improve PTC communication with Ridgewood families and within the school community, the PTC has established an email distribution list. This list enables the PTC to send email messages to members of our community. The PTC encourages all families to become members of the Ridgewood PTC distribution list so that information about PTC activities and volunteer needs can be communicated electronically to a broad audience.
How to join the PTC Email Distribution List
Please send an email message to the list administrator and provide:
- Your first and last name
- Your child’s first and last name
- Your child’s grade
- The email address that you would like subscribed to the list
NOTE: if you and your spouse would like each of your email addresses subscribed, please provide first and last names and email addresses for both of you.
You should receive electronic notification within a week or so once you have been added to the group.
How to get removed from the PTC Email Distribution List
If your family no longer has students attending Ridgewood and/or you no longer wish to be members of the Ridgewood PTC email list, send an email to the administrator.
Additional Information about the PTC Email Distribution List
- The PTC recognizes that, at this time, email communications will not reach all families and that written communications about PTC events and volunteer activities may still be needed.
- The Ridgewood PTC email distribution list will only be used for communication regarding school-related activities. It will not be used as a means of independent advertising or searches for business contact referrals.
