Curbside Recycling Pickup

Curbside pickup of Recycling Curbside Setout (PNG)bottles/cans and paper/cardboard takes place once every other week. Please use the official tan colored container for your bottles & cans and the town-issued milk crate for your newspaper and junk mail.  Other ways to dispose of loose paper are in a paper bag or a cardboard box. Additional cardboard boxes should be flattened and tied, or nested, and placed next to the barrel on collection day. Recycling services do not need to be pre-arranged. Two different trucks will service your property and the material should be properly separated and placed at the curb in the official containers.

Washing machine, Microwave, Car Battery, Tires

On certain Wednesdays Ridgewood offers a curbside pickup for automobile tires, auto batteries, or scrap metal including metal appliances.
